What We Do
We are committed to supporting the arts in Lions Bay. At the end of 2012, we will be an official Arts Council and be eligible for funding through the BC Arts Council, the major provincially funded organization to support the Arts in BC.
Public Art and Design Committee
The Public Art & Design Committee is part of the Lions Bay Arts Council and is interested in ensuring esthetic and technical quality standards are applied to public installations, buildings, signage and graphics used for public purposes.
Membership
We are working hard to reach out to all Villagers who love, work, support and believe in the Arts as an enriching and essential component of our Lions Bay community life. Join now for your lifetime membership. As a community member, you will have a voice in the programs and projects that will be supported through the Arts Council.

This is an exciting time for Lions Bay’s cultural community. With the creation of the Lions Bay Arts Council, we have an opportunity to showcase and integrate arts and culture into the fabric of our Village community.
The Lions Bay Arts Council (Society) was formed out of the belief that the culture of our community is enhanced by our resident artists, their endeavours and our enjoyment and support of them.
We are committed to creating an Arts Council in Lions Bay that represents all “The Arts” within our talented and vibrant community.
